  • This English domestic lambskin, tanned in Italy, is finished on the suede side of the skin.  The base skin is double-dyed, with a darker second dye applied over the lighter colored base layer; and then the skin is hand buffed to achieve the unique distressed appearance.  It is normal for garments produced in this skin to have an individual patina.
