SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free outbound shipping and free returns shipping to all U.S. addressed orders. We ship via UPS ground and U.S. Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available, and we ship to all international addresses serviced by the U.S. Postal Service.

Shipment processing time


Our greatest hope is to ship out your order the same day we receive it and we strive to achieve this. Sometimes it is not possible. Our UPS pick-up is at 3 pm Pacific Time. If your order cannot be processed and shipped out within 1 business day we will reach out and personally advise you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
 

We are able to ship free of charge to domestic Post Office Boxes and to APO addresses utilizing the U.S Postal Service.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
 

We will confirm to you via email your UPS tracking number, shipment departure, exceptions during shipment and confirmation of delivery. For Postal deliveries we will provide the USPS tracking number.

International Shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes
We will ship almost anywhere in the world using United Sates Postal Service Priority Mail. If some reason we are unable to ship to you we will notify you.

 

Any import duties or taxes which may be applied to international shipments have not been included and we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient ( import duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages


We insure all shipments for full invoiced value. If you do not receive your order or receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier promptly and directly and our support team to file a claim.

 

Think of documenting the damage and involved  packaging with photos. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim-  UPS may want to examine the packaging in particular. UPS and USPS require that the receiver initiate a damage claim. We as shipper are unable to do this for you.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want to please you beyond your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may make a return free of charge with the pre-paid returns label provided with your shipment. We can also be reached at +1 805 688 5215  10am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time, for any reason. There is no ‘phone maze.’ A real person will answer your call.

Return of  Sale Items is at buyer's expense and can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

 

Please understand that you have up to 30 days from day of receipt to ship back any returns.

 

Of course, any goods that you are returning for refund or exchange must be unused, in original condition with all tags still attached.

 

Returns that are shipped back to us after 30 days of receipt, and before 90 days will still be honored and will be issued a First Street Leather merchandise credit.

 

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY- items purchased between October 15 and December 31 may have a return ship pick-up date as late as January 31 and still receive full refund.

 

Please use the pre-paid returns label included in your shipment, following the instructions on the packing slip. If you did not receive a pre-paid label please call toll free 888 688 5215 or 805 688 5215 between 10am and 5:30pm Pacific Time and we will email a pre-paid UPS return shipping label to you within minutes.

 

Pack up your return in the original package and include your packing slip with reason code. Cover the original label with the pre-paid return label provided and drop off at any UPS or U.S Postal location.

 

Please be sure to include all information including return reason code and we will process your refund or exchange quicker than we processed your sale. ;--)  As dictated by the credit card processing folks, refunds can only be credited back to the original credit card used.

 

Think of taking a snapshot of your return label as it appears taped onto the original packaging, just in case things don’t go as planned.
