Free Returns Made Easy
To initiate a return at no cost, simply call or text Cynthia at 1-805-350-2201 between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM Pacific Time, or email cynthia@firststreetleather.com. We'll email you a prepaid UPS return label. Just print it out and attach it to the original shipping box.
How to Return

Repack your item(s) in the original packaging.

Include the packing slip that came with your order.

Cover the original shipping label with the new prepaid return label.

Drop it off at any UPS location.
Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Sale items may be returned at the buyer’s expense and are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns shipped between 31 and 90 days after receipt will receive merchandise credit.
Holiday Returns
Purchases made between October 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund.
Important Note on Refunds
Refunds must be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
