Shipping for U.S. Orders

We ship UPS for orders shipping to the continental United States.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. UPS holidays may affect our shipping schedule; a list of UPS Holidays can be found on the UPS web site.

We send an e-mail receipt confirming each order. We do not bill until the item ships and you will receive e-mail notification and, with most shipments, a tracking number that will allow you to track your delivery when it is billed and shipped.

As of September 3, 2007, we are offering free UPS ground shipping on orders over $100.00 (pre-tax subtotal) that are shipped to the 48 continental US States. We are sorry that we are unable to extend this offer to territories outside the main 48 United States.

Shipping Insurance

All of our shipments are insured with shipper provided or third party carrier insurance.

Sales Tax Charged

There is no tax on orders from outside the state of California.

First Street Leather is a California business. All orders shipping to addresses within the state of California will be charged California state sales tax as required by law.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

UPS Ground Shipping is NOT available for Alaska and Hawaii; UPS 2nd day or next day air are the only choices for Alaska and Hawaii. If you select ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we will need to upgrade the shipping prior to accepting your order. This will DELAY your order.

Shipping for PO Boxes, APO, International Orders and Order By Fax

If you require shipment to a PO Box, to an APO/FPO address or an address outside of the United States, please call us at +1-805-688-5215 or email sales@firststreetleather.com to arrange shipping for your order. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply. Please DO NOT send credit card information via e-mail. We accept payment information via our secure shopping cart, over the phone or via fax.

To keep international shipping as competitive as possible, we normally ship with the United States Postal Service. We insure all shipments.

• To give you an idea of our international shipping rates, this table shows the approximate shipping charges for items sent USPS Priority Mail to international destinations. Your actual charge will probably be LESS than the amount shown.
• We will bill and ship your order normally if you do not check the 'confirm shipping' box on the order form. If you check the 'confirm shipping' option and your shipping charges exceed the amount shown below, we will contact you for approval prior to billing and shipping your order - this will delay your order.
• All of orders are shipped via traceable shipping methods and are fully insured against loss or damage. While we package our products to minimize chances of customs taxes being applied, our prices do not include local customs duties and taxes should your national authority demand them.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by either First Street Leather or the USPS. Your local customs and postal services may cause additional delivery delays.
